The path to completing your next Website is paved with the experience of more than 800 finished projects by Net Entry. No project is too large or too small. With even moderate planning beforehand, we can complete an average-sized project (50 pages of information, with an ecommerce store selling 200 items) in 3-4 weeks.

Below is a breakdown of the process toward fulfillment of your project:

1. Introduction 7. ECommerce (optional)
2. Goals 8. Integration
3. Discovery 9. Testing
4. Design 10. Training (optional)
5. Copywriting 11. Acceptance
6. Content Management Prep (optional) 12. Deployment

Introduction
We process the information you supply in the inquiry form, and respond within 1 business day with a rough quote. If the quote is to your liking, a simple contract is drafted (one that is wholly based on the proposal to which you've given the thumbs up!) and processed. Then we move on to the Goals Phase.

Goals
Formally defining your target market or audience is the most important phase in the planning of your Website. This phase of the process normally takes a short time due to the fact that you already know your business, and the type of business or consumer you wish to serve better. A short meeting by phone can be all it takes to generate the insight we need to help ensure that your Website is appealing and magnetic to the Internet visitors inside of your demographic and geographic parameters.

Discovery
The Discovery phase of your project takes the form of extensive information gathering from you, the client, that informs the Net Entry staff about your company's identity and purpose, goals for a Website, and any logo, color schemes, or other visual materials that are already established. This is also the time when we establish where the text content will come from: original writing by in-house staff, from and existing brochure or catalog, or through the use of a professional copywriter. Future Website maintenance needs are also discussed at this time to establish what kind of maintenance schedule will be needed, who will be doing the actual "housekeeping" for your Website, and what kind of training may be needed if in-house staff will be in charge of updating it. Gathering of data for the development of online stores also occurs during this phase, as well as the keywords to be inserted "under the hood" of your pages: words and phrases critical, and visible only, to the search engines.

Design
The Design Phase is generally a cooperative process, during which the talent pool at Net Entry creates an initial look-and-feel for your Website and posts it online, in a private place, for your review and comments. This is usually followed by one or more additional rounds of designing and presenting until a concept is approved by you. This phase also includes the establishment of your site's navigation: the scope and placement of the menu leading to the sub-pages.

Copywriting
Creating, editing, and organizing text content for your Website can be the most challenging work we do, and it is during this phase that we get deep "into the trenches" with our clients to get the writing part well underway, on a schedule, and ultimately finished. The Copywriting phase and the Design phase are usually conducted simultaneously. Writing for the Internet has its own special requirements: particularly the unique needs associated with search engine.

Content Management Prep (optional)
If ongoing maintenance of your Website will be carried out by in-house staff people, a content management system (CMS) is recommended to streamline that work, and make it manageable for people who certainly have a lot of other work to do for your company. During this phase, a CMS is selected and installed in the system that will host your Website.

ECommerce (optional)
For projects involving the creation of online stores, this is the time when all matters specific to ecommerce are worked-out. Establishment of online payment gateways, shipping methods and charges, products images, product descriptions and prices, discount offers, and affiliate programs are some of many the issues that are settled at this time. Frequently, the Discovery phase is re-visited to gather information for ecommerce stores as they can be very complicated in nature and use.

Integration
This is the phase when it all comes together. The information collected is incorporated into the approved design, and the pages of your site are materialized.

Testing
Thorough testing is conducted during this phase, as people from your company and Net Entry "use" the site as your visitors will. Dead-end pages, errors, spelling errors, and other issues counterproductive to the deployment of you Website are detected and corrected at this time.

Training (optional)
In-house staff members, if any, responsible for the routine maintenance of your Website's contents are given the information they need to carry out these tasks at this time.

Acceptance
The web site is now ready for review and approval. All changes will be completed and a final round of testing is conducted before launch.

Deployment
Your Website is made available to the public, and submitted to the major search engines.
